The goal for today was to nail the control approach. I can get to the circle just fine but I've found that I get lazy and switch off because we are lucky in Aus that we can usually just see the control. So that plan mostly worked and I felt smoother in actually going up and over and landing on the control for probably 13/16 of them. Bit of an oops at 11 where I hadn't run far enough and thought I was at the end of the spur.. lol I was not

Paradise event - the plan was to just push myself to race pace which I find hard to do at local events. So I ran hard and had a lot of fun on this map. I think the 5km distance is perfect haha
