Socially distant jog around the parklands with Angus and Evalin. I get the feeling these are going to be some of the last runs I do with other people. Trying to make the most of that and enjoy them

6 x 1min intervals up the fire track with the recovery jog back down the hill each time. I tried to keep up with Angus and Toby on the last one but didn’t last very long haha
+ warm down run back to the carpark
