EUOC seat action take 2. A v chatty one with just Roanne this week. I bailed to a shorter one due to planning on joining haries this eve. Up tourist steps (walked), Whinny, down the parallel to road path and back up bog.

Haries pre-gym round KF. Only flagging a little after my run earlier, although wouldnt have wanted to run much further.
