2x(3,2,1). 1' between reps, 2' between sets. Was going to do 3 sets but didnt have time before meeting Alex, so went for 2 at a faster pace instead. Legs kinda feeling a bit shit but was still running at a good speed, and even had to slow myself down a couple times. Nice that these faster paces feel a lot easier these days, even if it was only a tiny session..
