YHOA champs, Hawswick Clowder. Navigationally pretty good, just a few slips. Running felt alright but still didn't feel too fast. Yorkshire champ but only because Pippa ran up...

Northern Champs, Monks Road. Fairly average. Good start and felt strong but calves seized up between 3 and 7 so I was forced to basically walk/jog and also struggled navigationally through these controls:/ Never really got going again and felt like I was jogging. Finished and I barely felt like I'd been out... Quite far down on Pippa etc. Third northerner though.

With Imogen around Greenhead Park during my nearly 4 hours of frees ;) (half was used for studying though...)

2 x ~960m. Kept up with Wim on the first, not quite on the second.

'Fast' warm down. Followed by a shower in college and a pizza for lunch... ;)
