Went to the body pump class with Molly and Caitlin. A lot of squats and lunges and arm work and a wee bit of core and basically my whole body was shaking uncontrollably by the end. Lol. Will go again. :)

Said I'd go for a run after gym although after I'd actually done the class I wasn't sure if it was an entirely good idea anymore... Went anyway. First k was a struggle with absolute jelly legs, but soon went away and just plodded at a slow pace. 1 loop of killing fields.

Easy long run to Craigmillar along the innocent railway and then up Blackford. Very happy just plodding along at this pace, bit of a push up to the top of Blackford but just kept it fairly slow the whole way. Had a half hour long chat with some French guy on top of Blackford which was nice!! Sun was shining so didn't even get cold :)))
