To the ESOC ultrasprint. Strong headwind the whole way and rain and a big rucksack on my back made this much more energy sapping than it should have been.

Course 3. Had great fun in the maze. Feeling v heavy after the cycle, not moving very fast...

Course 1. Not much faster.

Course 2. Screwed around the last two controls.

To Pollock to pick up the newbies, down to the bog, up and around Whinny to do some of the long course and back home. Felt shite up the hills, hasn't helped me make my decision about whether to run the hill race tomorrow or not.
