Pedley's training from last night that I missed. A fun route choice course and then some crazy bearings course with only thickets on the map... Bearings actually went very well (bar one control) but the legs were quite short. Obvs no kites out so also stopped at each control and checked the proper map to make sure I was in the right place! Good fun. Called it a day when it got dark.

Everyone very tired this morn for some reason.... We were all quite rubbish.

Some jogging about with Lindsay. Meadows then some drills then some more meadows then home. Legs felt awful to begin with (post another nap) but feeling better by the end. Had no time for intervals tonight but am probably still too tired to get a decent session out of it anyway.

Planned to go for an easy run after spending all day in the lib, but once again ended up sleeping multiple hours in the afternoon..... I am tired.
