Vs Stirling 1s. Got the W again :)) Played first half at C this time, bit rogue... Defo prefer second half.

Was going to run but it was chucking it down and I had a little niggly pain down the outside edge of my right foot.. Hoping it's nothing serious. Current thinking is it's just all this netball I've been playing this week!

5x4mins on the spin bike. Watching some netball and had aj for company so went pretty fast. Sweatyyyy, nice.

Up. Sooo glad to be out running again! Knee fine, seized up a little when I arrived but nothing major.

FwtN on Whinny. Plodding round just enjoying being out really! Completely lost the plot on #13 and started navigating to entirely the wrong place.... Took a while to readjust. Feeling not half bad up the hills though which was nice:))
