Much better nav day today. Missed #3 a bit because I read the contours the complete wrong way round and was looking for an up when it was a down, silly silly. But the rest good! Found Freya in not a great way at the top of the hill so jogged out the rest with her to make sure she got to the finish.

Basically half the intended session tonight as legs still feeling a bit knackered from the weekend... 1200, 1000, 800 with jogging recovery while the others ran the second reps. Finished off with some speeeeedy 2x200 + 2x100 yas! Missed sprinting, defos lost some speed though:(

Everything hurts. Also ceilidhing for a couple hours last night hasn't helped with the pain!! Slept in my calf compressions to try reduce the dull ache so I could actually sleep...
