1k easy, 1k a bit faster x2 (+home) along the old railway towards Peebles. Was just gonna jog but set off a bit speedy and thought might as well try get the legs turning after a lot of slow (hill) running recently. V wet and slowed a bit by some massive puddles, but generally feeling not too bad going along at ~4:30s. Would definitely have been happy to do a few more reps if I had had the time.

Finally a bigger day in the hills with Freyyy!! Got up Carn Ghluasaid, Sgirr nan Conbhairean and Sail Chaorainn, don't ever ask me to pronounce those... Bit rocky and just one big bog on the way back down, but got back to the car just as the rain started. A good day.
