Taken an easier week with nothing especially massive or intense. Back to the usual EUOC schedule tomorrow!

Pollock sprint. Good fun with some gaffling and artificial barriers. Battling with Niamh for most until we had a different gaffle at the end and she got me :(

EUOC hill race. Finally decided I should probably just do this. Not feeling my best, bit of a runny nose and sore throat. Walked most of the way to the top of the seat from the steps but was catching Daniel (a new guy) and dropping Lydia. Then latched onto Daniel for the rest and just popped past him up the final hill up from the loch.

A slightly speedier trip to Hermitage. Legs felt heavy but still managing to turn over quite nicely, even up the hills.
