Blackford, Braids, Mortonhall and Hermitage with Roanne and Helen. Not much sleep after big cheese last night but abso loving this, and Mortonhall is sooo lovely!! Defo hope to return on some more Sundays:)) Legs still sore but also still moving fine.

EUOC seat action take 2. A v chatty one with just Roanne this week. I bailed to a shorter one due to planning on joining haries this eve. Up tourist steps (walked), Whinny, down the parallel to road path and back up bog.

Occasionally have a workshop midday tuesday (such as today) meaning i have literally no time to run all day. But in the weeks i don't I can get a nice run in from Kings!

First 2s spin sesh. Absolute death, feeling a little ill..... And we only did a 30min workout instead of 45 due to some mix up. Did an extended wu though whilst waiting for the video to start.
