Braids xc. Entered 10k as thought would be too tight making it for the 5k after netball, however I arrived almost half an hour before the 5 started sooo great -.- Legs shot from a full hours netball game and so had nothing in them. Just a case of keeping running up the hills and trying to vaguely enjoy the downs. A success in those terms I guess but was super slow:((( Next year will hopefully be better when I might not be playing netball anymore....

5x5 (1) round the Meadows with Roanne. Legs feeling tired from the start but we went at tempo effort pre Braids which felt pretty comfortable.

Still got a bit of a headache from my whack yesterday. Worsened during netball but nothing too horrendous.

My 'long' seat runs are getting shorter each week.... With Jamie up over the steps and down the other side to meet Ro, then up MFD for my first time ever (?!) Its a no from me. Then a loop of Whinny with a lil interlude helping some newbies doing the EdEx orienteering and then back down the steps and home.
