Cycling intervals 1:01:00 [3]

EUOC interval session (with half the rest) on the turbo. 10wu, 8x3(1) + 4x30s(30s), 15wd. Foot still pretty sore so decided to do this on the bike instead, a bit sad. Unsure as to whether I've made it worse or not doing this as obvs still using my foot to pedal....

Ploddy recovery with mum. Forced her out with me because I wouldnt have gone otherwise, a very unmotivated day... All good feels until I got home and the sole of my right foot is now pretty sore out of nowhere!! Rolled it for a good while on this spiky wooden foot roller thing we have but still hurting to walk on after... Praying it is nothing, but will keep an eye on it.

Pyramid but cut the top 5 off to make a trapezium instead... 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1. 1min rest, with an extra 1min between the 4s. Laps of the rec across the road. Actually much tougher going than I thought with slippy mud, a bog and lots of mole hills/bumpy ground. Felt so slow so happy with the pace of this, was pushing quite hard.
