SA Virtual 3k TT on the track 'with' the haries ('with' as they were all a lap ahead of me lol). With nothing to compare this with I don't really know what to think, but pace is significantly faster than 5k PB pace so believe that's a good sign. Nice benchmark to start with anyways.
