2x(3,2,1). 1' between reps, 2' between sets. Was going to do 3 sets but didnt have time before meeting Alex, so went for 2 at a faster pace instead. Legs kinda feeling a bit shit but was still running at a good speed, and even had to slow myself down a couple times. Nice that these faster paces feel a lot easier these days, even if it was only a tiny session..

10(2), 2x5(1), 10. Feeling good tonight for once. Was trying to push harder than usual and the effort did feel higher so was a bit sad that the paces didn't reflect that... But tbf the wind was pretty viscous and then it started heaving it down and the mud was pretty sticky, so I won't let it get me down. Happy my 2nd 10 was faster given the weather had worsened and had the hill twice!
