Failed sesh. Stomach bad from the off, thought I'd be okay just to jog but got worse. Sat on a bench hunched over for 15mins, feeling like a tit as everyone ran past. Matt ran past and had a meltdown at him for a bit. Eventually persuaded myself to start heading home. Very slow walk with seriously bad pain, sort of coming in waves but at the peak meant I couldn't move and was just keeled over. Glad of a ginnel all the way so nobody could see me in such a state..... Worst experience I've had with my stomach:(((
