Blackford plodding with Peds. Stomach was a solid 3/10 uncomfortable the whole way round. Not ideal but at least I could keep running.

Solo meadows. 1 lap tempo followed by 5x3(1). Legs definitely not fast but just glad if I can manage anything atm. A few twinges from the stomach, worst ones at the start of reps when my pac3le suddenly increased. Reached about 4/10 on the way home but didn't really care at that point. Was about 1/10 for the rest of the evening with a slight increase as I got hungry.
