shoes: O-roc 280

Fairy knowx. Started well first few shirt controls all found well, the first longer leg 4-5 lost a fair bit as went theough some really scrappy terrain and a large hesitation on 6 cost me a bit mire, fune until 9-10 where i went through so much felled stuff and list a lot of time very bad route choice. Iver shot 19 after catching james and made quite afew near mistakes on yhe last loop. Seeing a trend in tht niw i have to stop thinking im near the end and then just stop concentrating. Positively running in the terrain seamed very good and map cintact was goid aoart from at the end

Nice mass start relay started well up near the fromt made a mess of a control lost a minute and the and the pack, made another minute later aswell which dropped me back a few places, enjoyed second half becuase i actually got to orienteer, was glad to pass J dead on the floor as he got cut down by the skog which is good because he was ahead of me

Did intervals and running there and home, on the road my legs struggled a lot think just compensating fir my injury, felt pretty unfit too
