Up all the hills on the seat leg sore on any flat sections but as usual fine on hills so decided to stick to them

Long run did MFD on wills garmin 5:47 not bad, hammy pretty sire though was gonna cycle but it was raining

4,3,2,1,2,3,4 2 mins rolling reco threahold pace, defo only felt like threshold but right hammy was a bit sore not too bad tho
