physically fully better today actually felt very strong in terrain. in terms of orienteering however I needed this weekend to give me a kick up the ass, got distracted by others far too easily and wasn't picking up enough detail in/near the circle for accurate entry into controls also could have done with looking up some more and having a clearer plan on a few. in short a few things I need to get back to doing and a few things I need to stop doing
