Would ideal yhave run with colm and co, but time constraints for getting to world champs later meant that it wasnt feasible, started with the idea of razzing for 10km at 3:45 but thought better of it after 2km or so when i relised my legs were feeling slightly sluggish. Didnt want to do anytbing that would make me tired for next week so just went steady.
