Treadmill progression with will, starting on 4min/km going down to 3:21/km 3 sec per 3min progression. Wasnt bad was meant to be a 3:18 on the end but couldnt quite stomach it, happy enough with this.

Nice longer one. Started first 5 or so with Calum and had a good chat, he peeled off to go back and I continued. First hill has pretty darn icey but just cut through the terrain. Then made my way to carn ferg, climbing well first bit but the last ~200/250m of vertically were pretty snowy, mostly almost knee deep snow with a thing layer of ice on top wich was just enough to let me sink through but give my Shins a nice battering, this was tough going but wasn't a bitch about it and just ploughed on ;). Similar story coming down so cut through the terrain but it wasn't really much better. Once back in the trees realised i was running a bit late so went kinda razzy pace the last 7 or so km
