Glen shiel ridge, 7 new Munro's . Feeling a lot fresher after a rest day yesterday , pretty much in the cloudy the whole way so sadly no views. One small complaint was that my Salomon's finally died on Friday and so had to wear inov8s today which was a bit grim on with all the lose rocks on the path along the ridge so my feet got beaten up a fair bit.

Up and over the bealach na ba both ways. Fisrt way was pretty much a stronh block head wind and second way was a cross head so a bit grim and no fast times, but sort of a good session as kind of like 2 x 30min+ tempos
