steady miles round the meadows, feelz on the up, legs started a lot better after a good roll friday night but still tight and tierd by the end, few more days eazz

In gladhouse resevior trying out the new wetsuit. been going for dips just skins last few weeks so was a pleseant surprise to see the difference a wetsuit made. actually not that bad in terms of swimming ability either, upper boady could probs still do with some more strength tho.
