Joined the training, enjoyed the run out. Different feel when you know the course, lost focus several times and it didn't matter, looking forward to a good week of focused O. Lots to improve in designing, the end was poor. Could've moved the finish to make the O better, after 16 it kinda lost value. Ran in David's footsteps for a while but pranked myself when I took a different route and spaced out, long run in from there alone.
