Pretty whelming. 3x9mins [2]. Fourth was on the table but at the end of the third rep my legs didn't feel like they could sustain another one. Spent the cooldown regretting that, felt mentally weak to do that but if the legs are saying no I guess that's the move. Pretty annoying, paces were KF level even though I felt like I was moving better, but not like the tired legs came from nowhere, woke up feeling it this morning and gave it the ol stretch routine. Disappointed but it happens.

Left the blister is gone but I've got a blister on the second same spot on the right now.
