Have realized the value of dividing each session type into more specific categories, allows me to check the last 10-14 days of training and make more informed decisions of what would fit well into the next day. It does abandon the weekly schedule a little but I think the benefits are big at times like now when weekly schedules don't mean anything anyway.

I'll go and retcon the last few months when I have time and motivation to do that.
