[Edit:] Realized that it's better if I don't post what I did and let other people do it independently. If you want to check out my experience with it, check out the comments.

First one, recognized low terrain on left with a small valley between the two hills that leads to the lake, which is a phenomenal attack point. Wanted to avoid climb and use the marshes and the side of the big hill as a handrail. Seems to be a good route.
Second one, decided to use the small trail coming out of 9 that follows the line relatively closely, than run without much thought to the big trail, as I can't really miss it. Then I wanted to use the large hill on the left side of the line leading into the control. I stayed on the hill to stay off the green, otherwise I would have gone next to the hill. Turns out that's not a very popular route, the best route was on the trail on the right, very fast running even though it's a long way off the line.

Drove five hours for Cat's Meow hosted by the Badger Orienteering Club. Apparently it was the Wisconsin State Champs? Whatever. Finished second place after the map-maker, so I'm happy, I was only behind by two minutes, and from what I understood he only made a 1-2 minute mistake compared to my two lapses in concentration at the beginning. After that, I was acing them though, in and out, nobody saw me.

Oh, and hands down one of my favorite terrains in North America.
