Brutal, I only got through 16. The snow was pretty deep, and it was at that uncomfortable temperature where you break the surface and sink to the bottom, but the resistance is still very high.

Some of the routes that make sense in the non-winter months were completely terrible. 3 is a fantastic example of counter-intuitive route choices. I went left of the line to stay on runnable trails, but the open field was just a physical battle. It would have been way faster to take the trail closer, then cross the uncrossable marsh. My bad.

Other than that crap that was my exit from 9 and missing 16 but realizing it pretty quickly, my navigation was good. Physicality was high.

First fourty minutes at 5:15/km, then accelerating every five minutes until the end 4:40/km down to 4:00/km.

Night run with Max, we brought some headlamps and ran through some forest tracks. I was nervous that we were gonna miss Yuruzu Hanyu skate, but we caught him and Shoma Uno, which was cool. The Spanish guy was fantastic too. We did miss the exciting finale of the Super-G though :(

3:30/km 4:00/km alternating 3 minutes each for 18 minutes, four minutes slow jog, six times 30 on 30 off at 3:16/km, 2 minute cooldown.

I struggled with breath control in the 14-15 minute mark, got it sorta under control but I was craving that sweet, sweet release. Gottem done though.
