Relay at Loch Vaa, kept up for a good chunk, but was undone at the second phi loop. Happy with the physical effort, definite improvement from last year.

Up and down Cairngorm. The wind was quite unrelenting at the top and I was afraid that my contacts would fly out of my eyes, but I can still see alright so I think that was avoided. The sprint back down was dreamy.

A delightful expedition in Inshriach. The footing was precarious at best but the orienteering was tricky and fun. It was pretty evident I hadn't orienteered in a while at the beginning, I was completely misreading the scale and overrunning. Once I got into the scale everything was sailing smoothly though, and my legs weren't drained at the end, which I take as a good sign.

Went up to Leith, across to Cramond Beach, and worked my way back from there. The first half was mostly unnoticeable, but once I got off the road along the coast I was starting to enjoy myself. Loads of people and their dogs enjoying the beautiful weather out, and my legs got a long rest from the sidewalks.
Hitting Cramond Beach and heading south along the river walkway, I was treated to two kilometers of unexpectedly wonderful trail running. The woods were pretty, the ground was soft, and I was mostly alone.
The only issue was that I was starting to look for a bathroom to avoid suffering for the second half. There seems to be a disdain for public toilets around here though, couldn't find a single one, and the guy I asked when I was hitting panic stations seemed to insinuate that I wouldn't be encountering any restrooms. Oh well, I just dealt with it and hoped I could keep it under control.
Apparently I didn't take enough time to remember the way back to the Meadows, and I was hit by an unfortunately timed wave of pain through my stomach and took a wrong turn. Spent some time guessing my way in the right direction until I hit a part of the Bruntsfield Links map by accident, so no issues from there.
That was the last of the troubles and I made it home safe and sound. Very enjoyable run that didn't get boring, good stuff.

Ran a few errands and later on the wind didn't make me keen. It's a shame, but I think I've got a good run tomorrow to make up for it.

Might force myself to run after digesting though who knows, I certainly don't.
