Lovely day for a new distance pr. Mental and physical agony after the 24k mark, only did an extra loop to get to 30k because I was already gonna be late for lecture and would've felt awful if I didn't get the job done.

Retrospectively should have done the long but who cares, just took it as a sprint instead of an urban long. Only apparent mistake was coming out of the multi-level section. Slow at the beginning but once I got on the roads it picked up.

Taking it easy and monitoring how I am. Legs and feet were in pain, but it feels the same as past bad days so it's nothing to worry about. We'll see where tomorrow takes me, the pain when I swallow is only there when I wake up and when I'm going to sleep, so it's hard to gauge where it's at.

Loads and loads of fun training tonight. Movement was fluid and confident, glad everything felt great. Stamina was a little bit hampered by mild sickness, but the session still went well. Another easy run tomorrow should ease me back in. Will track distance from next time onwards.
