6 PM

Running 31:49 [2] 6.75 km (4:43 / km) +37m 4:35 / km
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 25

Heard some sounds that people weren't gonna run so headed out to get myself some minutes. Same loops as yesterday.

Running 22:43 [3] 5.49 km (4:08 / km) +28m 4:02 / km
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 25

Came back to find a run forming so stuck around and went for that. Easy 20 minutes is what I heard but that wasn't alpha enough for some.

Around a park with the boys who've come early, feel good, everything's going pretty great.

Running intervals 33:31 [3] 7.14 km (4:42 / km) +52m 4:32 / km
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 25

Ran with two maps, one of the area and one with o-intervals. Picked five points to slow down and pick routes for an interval, then would rest up until 2 minutes then go again. Good speed, nice trails, and I'll draw the routes I chose while running and use dotted lines to show maybe better routes I saw after finishing and recovering.

Running warm up/down 8:04 [1] 1.21 km (6:40 / km) +24m 6:04 / km
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 25

Extra cooldown because no one was home

Map

Mistake on 3, drifting slightly off in the final steps because I misread the little hills. Then on 11, was running and reading very carefully but the compass let me down this time. Should have aimed right to hit the yellow. The place that I left and came back to is where I thought the control was, dropped down to hit the green and lo and behold I found the green. Compassed towards 12 to relocate and keep going. Another bad entrance into 16. Pretty much knew exactly where I was, was gonna round the spur and hit it, then got confused by the contours and dropped to another rock that looked like it could be the correct one. Should have trusted myself because would have been peachy clean.

Map

There's a trail on the way to 5, decided to go along it and fix my problem afterwards.
6 PM

Running warm up/down 5:24 [1] 0.84 km (6:26 / km) +7m 6:10 / km
shoes: VJ Bolds

Orienteering 29:52 [2] 3.71 km (8:03 / km) +29m 7:45 / km
shoes: VJ Bolds

Map

My map and Oskar's map had a different control before 1 so I was in the right spot but didn't see the streamer. Happened to see Oskar leaving the place he put the streamer so didn't lose much time. Pretty good nav, a bit sketchy but the compass was pretty strong.

Running warm up/down 3:21 [1] 0.56 km (5:59 / km)
shoes: VJ Bolds

Running between two wood sculptures, got a little lost for the culture and the extra distance, days off have been huge and felt very strong.
