More football, happy to see my leg can handle this quite well, am happy to add another run soon. I may look like an idiot but I'm enjoying myself, and functionally with a session and a long run and ideally bringing in a second session in the week and starting light I should be in decent shape. I'm looking forward to the June 4/5 races.

Through Mortonhall, legs felt pretty dead, gonna attribute it to waking up a bit earlier than usual. Was glad to down some orange juice when I got back. I'm pretty happy to add the last bit of Mortonhall I've been missing next week.

The mild shin pain yesterday during gym is the yin to today's lack of pain's yang. Keeping things simple, same thing as last running session. Chest a little tight/weird yesterday when I breathe deep and ate way too much yesterday evening, felt absolutely awful, and carried over into today. Just monitor, like everything else.
