I then pushed the Eclipse Model-L push mower (non-gas, non-electric) for about 30 minutes, which I won't count, but which was way harder than running. You have to get up a good head of steam before plowing into the taller grass; so it's more like strength or interval training. I wonder what my arms and back will feel like tomorrow. I might just quit all other types of training and just cut my grass everyday!
