Half of course three with half of the original group, cut short because they didn't want to go into any green and wanted to stay on flat trails and their bus was leaving.

Looking for missing control stands from the night before, one was in a tree, the other was over the side of the hill.

Running 17:07 [3] 2.3 mi (7:27 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 10

Felt really good, surprisingly. I would complain about the time, but the heat and humidity sucked.

Running 16:30 [3] 2.2 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 10

Boy, I picked quite a day to start running again, 88 degrees, with humidity. Had to tell myself to slow down many times. Felt better than I thought I would.

Cycling 12:00 [3] 2.0 mi (6:00 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 10

To and from park.
