Running 5:00 [3] 0.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 17

Feeling how my ankle would hold up in my decision to run or not to. It felt pretty good with hard fast sprints and it lasted so I decided to go for it

Orienteering race (Pelican Bay) 58:21 [4] *** 6.4 km (9:07 / km) +20m 8:59 / km
spiked:8/15c shoes: Inov-8 Mudclaw

Very fun course, took a fast start to see of I can actually handle the course and got through the first two smoothly and as far as I could tell I was in second then had a total of 12 minutes worth of errors between 3 and 6 and took 7 slow to get my mind back in the game and slowly picked it up from 8 to finish with a few minor errors.

Misc. (Frisbee) 30:00 [3]

Pre and post race.

Stretching 10:00 [3]

Orienteering (Remarkable Flats) 1:00:00 [3] ** 4.0 km (15:00 / km)
spiked:9/9c shoes: Inov-8 Mudclaw

The Rocky Mountain Goat. Originally I was going to go for the whole thing, then I felt a pain in my right ankle that reminds me of tendonitis. So I turned around and walked back. The last two times I've had tendonitis I was sidelined for a month each. I was disappointed I couldn't do it all because the terrain was really fun.

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Junior training at Remarkable Flats, Wyatt Riley gave us four small sections of map that one person would hide in and the rest of us would find them and hide with the first one until all of us found the one who hid.

Misc. (Soccer/Frisbee) 1:00:00 [3]
