4x8 Sectionals, re-broke the school record at 8:49. Long story but when the team ran 8:49 earlier this year our managers ( I didn't know we had managers) didn't record the time in the book so it wasn't ever recorded so it didn't count. So now our second fastest and fourth fastest didn't run this relay today and with the shape we are in coulda won sectionals but some weird (stupid) coaching strategies took them out and we didn't even move on, so I'm kinda P.O.ed at the coaches, but there's nothing I could do about it and I did get the OFFICIAL record, but it should've been 15 seconds faster at least.

20 minute warm up and supposed to have been 3 mile tempoish cool down, but after intervals I was feeling weird in the head and had a massive headache when I stood up, so I took a break in between the intervals and the cool down and yea.
