Orienteering race 55:45 [5] *** 5.3 km (10:31 / km) +100m 9:37 / km
spiked:11/12c shoes: Inov-8 Mudclaw

Red course at Bernheim. It was a solid race for me except c5, I decided to go up the hill first, then go across the reentrants to the control, which was on a rootstock, and I looked at a rootstock before I thought I was close because, I'm not sure. I was careful going across, and stopped right above it, where 2 unmapped boulders were, but I wasn't sure so I ventured down the reentrant where it forked and made my way back up to a root stock that came up to my knee. All the up hills I could feel the intervals I did yesterday.

5x200m with 200 meter jog back to the start first 2 were supposed to be 80% one 90% and 2 100% not sure on all the times

The wind was blowin real hard, the bleachers blocked most of it, but the last 50 it was at our backs, except the last one I switched it up so the last 100 was in the wind just for fun
