Stretching 30:00 [3]

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19

10 minutes warm up, then during the cool down, we started running in the school, then we decided to go back to the fitness room and get on the stationary bikes, then ran some more, and then finished on the bikes

Running intervals 20:00 [3] 2.5 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19

Treadmill intervals 8x1 minute with 30-45 seconds rest. Started the first one at 9.2 mph (I can't find what the pace is on the treadmills) then increased a half mph per interval until I got to 12 mph where it wouldn't go any faster

Yoga 40:00 [3]

Stretching 15:00 [3]

Running 1:00:00 [3] 7.5 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Enigma 5

We didn't feel like staying inside for an hour, so we decided to brave the storm and run at the park, we found 2 newly formed trails, which one led to a house (?) and another connected a road to a trail. Then we scaled a cliff, to the Old One Trail, a trail which is not maintained anymore and is difficult to find and follow. We ran that trail for a while until it dumped us back to the spillway, then headed for the vehicles.

Running 43:00 [3] 5.37 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Enigma 5

Ankle felt ok, and on a related subject, I got to drive coach's truck on the track, taking high jump mats from the storage room to the track, and the sprinters were mad that the distance squad weren't doing anything, but not one could do a 30 minute run so...

Stretching 25:00 [3]

Running warm up/down 7:00 [3] 1.0 mi (7:00 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Enigma 5

Orienteering 1:12:00 [3] *** 4.5 mi (16:00 / mi)
spiked:7/9c shoes: Inov-8 Mudclaw

If it wasn't for the thorns, it wouldn't have been so bad. #1 I really screwed up on, but I was right there twice, but didn't see it, and the third time I attacked it I went right to it. The slick mud made my mudclaws pretty much ineffective, sliding down hills when trying to go up, and the thorns scratching at your legs, much fun. My navigation was pretty good, other than #1. I started a red course after the green, but the thorns were getting on my nerves, and rolled my ankle going to 1, and debated with myself before I headed in. Rolled ankle, frustrated, with thorns, and slick footing didn't seem like it would work. I don't think the ankle is bad, we'll see Monday

Stretching 25:00 [3]

Agility/Plyometric 25:00 [3]

Form, and making me really not like the beginning of practice, and by that I mean my legs burned.... A lot

Agility/Plyometric (Strength ) 15:00 [3]

Some more drills with the whole team, it was both strength,my quads were burning and polymetric, coach was emphasizing form

Strength/Core (Dynamic!) 25:00 [3]

I was definitely feelin' it after this

Stretching 25:00 [3]

10 with team and 15 after everything was done

Running 35:00 [3] 4.25 mi (8:14 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Enigma 5

Started in the HS, to the MS for half hour, where i found an unopened apple juice,( Score!) and the gym was open so we could throw the tennis ball, and I made a full court shot with it, which was pretty cool

I can feel the training catching up to me, I've been more sore and tired feeling this week than all of this year
