Warm up for 4x8, we were throwing the frisbee across the field with some other teammates

I think this is an all time 800 P.R., it was a fun race, really close from the start to the last 10 m of the anchor leg, we won and missed out on another school record by .18 seconds

Interesting 2 mile, talked to the top two runners in the two mile, and both said they wanted to follow the other, so I wasn't sure how that was going to work out. The top three broke away quickly, and I was leading the 2nd pack, then the lead pack came back to us and all became one big pack for a lap and a half. Turns out the leader got a big sidestitch and the other top runner didn't want to pass him, but the one with the sidestitch dropped fast after lap 4 and the other top runner took off and we spread out. Solid time for not running this for a while, but not what I wanted

Really competitive meet, we were 4th with 106 points, usually there is only one or two teams over 100 points and the winning team had 120 points

Never felt comfortable this race for some reason. The little saplings around 1 and 2 annoyed me. Saw AJ coming out of #4 and rolled my ankle between two rocks and scrapes my ankle on both sides, then did it again before 5. 6 was awful, 7-9 was OK besides rolling my ankle 2 more times. Over shot 11 and suprise! rolled my ankle again and then had a mental battle with myself to throw in the towel or continue on, and since I had nothing riding on the race I went to the finish.

First course on the east coast. I was careful in the beginning, so I could get used to the map and the terrain and footing. My navigation was solid, but there was a few spots where I could've saved some time, besides just running faster. Stayed cautious and ran slow, to avoid big mistakes

Sprint, not happy with this at all. I was good through three, then butchered 4-7 and lost some confidence, second guessed myself through the rest of the race. This is the first sprint that was in the woods, so that might've messed with me a little, although I don't have much sprint experience total.
