Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Declining score-o at Mounds. mpage edged me out on points, even though he took longer and didn't get a paper from one of the controls, (nobody knows how that control got messed up, there should have been one more piece of paper after I left the control for mpage, but there wasn't). One control just messed with me, I had to walk on top of the pad of paper at least once, but didn't see it. And I searched the entire area twice and only found it when I saw Alex come out of the control.

Orienteering race 48:11 [5] *** 5.5 km (8:46 / km)
28c

Decent run, the biggest problem I had was on 13, where I thought I was in the right spot to attack it from the trail, but i wasn't sure, so I wasted about a minute making sure I was in the right spot. Then to 16 I think, there were more houses than were mapped and I got caught off gaurd a little

Note

So I got a job offer today, like a real career job in something I'm really interested in doing. The company apparently wants some one like me to fill a position they have open now. But if I take it it would be the end of my junior orienteering career and I'm so stuck on if I turn it down, I probably wouldn't get this good of opportunity again, but I still don't want to abandon the JNT. The company wants a resume as soon as possible, but I don't know what I want to do
