4 mile town route, then the cannonball at a tempo-ish pace. Then the distance guys jumped in with the sprinters and we did 3x150 and a 60m sprint.

Well, yeah. First time in terrain like this. By #9 I just couldn't keep moving at a good pace. And since I was moving slow, I navigated pretty well after my blow up around #7
