| Had our second junior training progam thingymadooer with the rest of the juniors. Cherie's brother talked about nutrition and then we went for a run together. Went down to Briatannia and went for a pretty nice run. It's about time to get the shorts out now. |

| We kindof ran a little part of every single route we've ever done. It was beautiful this morning again and thankfully we went in the direction where the sun wasn't in our eyes. We've got another run tonight with the junior training program so I think we'll do a shorter one tomorrow. |

| We travelled to Sedberg, (spelling???) to check out a map that the club is considering using for a race. It was really cool because there was a boarding school surronded by 4 humungus hills. We, (my dad, Eric, Molly, Robbie and I) decided to get to the peak of all 4 of them. It was a lot of fun, especially with the 2 feet of snow. It was up to my knees most of the time but it was still awesome!!! The views were wicked and the weather was spectacular. We made it to all 4 peaks but by the end, I thought my feet were gone. They were almost frozen solid, (well maybe not, but they hurt a lot!!!) Anyways, it would be a really cool place to orienteer except that it's an hour away. |

| OK, we did a lot of things, so I'll try and remember them all!!! First, we did about an 8min hill and then something else I can't remember. Then another 4min hill and after some sprints and jumps. Have you ever tried jumps??? They're brutal!!! Anyways, then, after we had recovered, we did some 1,2, 3, thing that I forget what it was called. All in all, it was an awesome class and I felt like I really worked hard this time. |

| Just did our short route because my dad's knee is still recovering from injuring it last week. After the run, had to rush through breakfast, having shower, and then walking quite briskly to school so that I wouldn't be late for band. |

| I dragged myslef out of bed at 7:40am on a holiday so I could go running!!!!!!! It was intense though! We ran on a lot of the ponds but they where pretty tricky. Some places were thick enough to stand on, but then there were other places that you go through, I was lucky enough to never find one but my dad and Eric did. Haha, no soakers for me!!! |

| My dad set up a course for us and my overall time was 27:59, but once Eric and I had finished. We decided to play a little trick. We found my dad and Ian, (which took forever!!!) and I'd run past them saying something like "Can't talk, Eric's right behind me."And then, a little bit after, Eric would run past. We must've done it about 3 times and it was pretty funny. I think I actually ran faster doing that than doing the race. |

| The lake wasn't frozen enough to skate on, so we cleared off a rink on one of the ponds which was pretty great. |

| After the skating, we literally just ran into the woods to do some running in the forest. It was a lot of thick green, but if you ran on the ponds, it was great. We even saw 5 beavers!!! The weather had been absolutely superb!!! |

| It was beautiful weather!!! A chrystal clear blue sky and just the right temperature to be not too hot or too chilly. We followed the skidoo trails which made it kind of bumpy but for the most of it it was great. Although, I did get a soaker on my right foot. That was pretty cold!!! |

| Since it was unlikely that I'd be able to get out for a run, I decided to just run up and down the stairs in our front hallway. The only problem was that it's carpeted... carpet burn really hurts!!! |

| Eric showed me some Karate stretches which were pretty cool. Although, some of them really hurt!!! :-( I don't think I'd do very well in a class because I was laughing so hard I looked like a maniac. |

| We were going to go skiing, but the conditions would've been awful because it was warm during the day, but then it cooled off. Totally icey!!! SO instead, we went to the canal for maybe the last skate of the year, but even that was kind of bumpy in a lot of places. |

| Was a great day for skiing with the sun shining and the temperature just a little bit cold. For almost the whole race Eric and I leaped frog. He'd be ahead but then make a mistake and I'd look around and see him behind him. "What'she doing there???" He can skate faster but I always got ahead because of his mistakes. It was really hilly but I quite liked it!!! Eric did beat me by 5min though. ;-) |

| It was an even awesomer class this week than it was last week!!! We did a really long hill first and then did some intervals. The cool think about them was that there were 5 other people in the class, so each of us took turns saying "Start" and "Stop". It was a lot of fun except my legs were like jello trying to get down the stairs. |

| I was that only person on our team that showed up so we split the other team in half and played three on three. Wasn't too bad and it was much better than the gym period we had earlier in the morning!!! It sucked!!! We had to run around in circles for 10min because the teacher said that we were all really out of shape. She doesn't know who she's talking to!!! ;-( |
