| Fun time at coyote!! Made it up all of the climbs that i attempted, and did most of them just following one colour! Even belaying was super tough on the arms cause there is so much chalk in the air that it makes the rope super duper stiff!! |

| Warm-up before fight, and then the 1 minute of intense fighting against the man in the big red suit!!! Sooo much fun!!!! Though I doubt a real fight would actually be that much fun, but I was really having a blast!!! Kicked and punched him like crazy, and then when i got him down on the ground, i kept kicking and punching him even though we were supposed to run away!!! Had me slung over his shoulder once like a sack of potatoes which was interesting..... and then dangling in the air by my leg... quite an experience!!! :P |

| First time out orienteering this year!!!!!! Hooray!!!! Went out to the sportsplex with Robbie, Eric, and Jeff to do some o-tervals!!! The snow was a bit of a challenge but it seemed to be a lot easier to stay on top in the sun, so we tried to stay on the trails and in the clearings. Ran a bunch of loops of 2 or 3 controls in 2 different areas... not only did we have to decide our routes not only by looking at the map, but also trying to figure out which route would be the sunniest!! :P |

| Skied out to Western with the team... then did the short loop with the humongous hill which was quite treacherous... then back to Western for a yummilicous dinner... and then booting it back to P10 to make it back to Ottawa in time for band!!! conditions were regular spring conditions... slushy in the sun... and icey in the shade... just lovely!!! |

| I intended on biking to tutoring... but after trying about 5 different bikes i found in my garage... i ended up running instead. one bike didn't have a chain, the other no pedal, yet another with no air in the tires, the 4th just didn't go anywhere, and then my last hope felt like it was gonna fall apart beneath me. So started out running, and passed some friends waiting at the bus stop... talked to them on the run, kept going, cut through the mall (fastest route choice) passed the dad of the kid i was supposed to be tutoring who was driving somewhere... kept running, and then turned down this street, passed the guys who had been waiting for the bus and had just gotten off... they kinda looked at me disbelievingly cause somehow i had gone the same distance that they had... just i had run, and gotten there at the same time. finally made it to my destination and the kid's dad drove up in the driveway. he had supposedly been looking for me on his way back to give me a drive but i beat him to his house!!!! :P teehee!!! quite an interesting run for sure!!!! :P |

| Ran 6 sets of 2 loops of about 450m for each loop... although running it, it felt much longer... the 'faster' group added on a bit of a hill to each loop which was challenging especially with the head wind... and then the 'fast' group just did the normal loops. By the 4th and 5th set, i was about 20m behind the 2 other guys, but then on the last one, we just did one loop, and i managed to crank out enough to actually stay pretty much in the lead the whole time!! hooray!!!! calves really sore... though not exactly sure from what... hmm. |

| Went out by myself while my dad took ian and molly out on the closer trails... really getting sick of doing fortune hill but i think i'm getting better at it! :P didn't quite do the whole loop since i was kinda crammed for time... and even then i had to bring up to just under race pace for the last part on the #3 which was fast with all of the hills!!!! |

| Same loop as last Monday... except this time we went early... much too early... in the morning, so there were even less people!! We also did an extra little loop at the far end before heading back down the #1. Didn't wipe out on the huge hill this time... although it was close. I missed the extremely sharp turn that i had no hope of turning anyways and kept going down the trail and down an extra hill before i finally got myself stopped. although climbing back up a little hill is definitely much more enjoyable than crashing and doing a face plant. Really fast conditions though I didn't actually feel like skiing that fast until the 45min mark... hehe i think it took me that long to just wake up a little bit. |

| Ran the hill 10 times... the first 7 were about 50 sec to get up the hill, 40sec to get down, and then a 30sec rest at the bottom before i did it all again. Then the last 3 were harder... 44sec up but then i took my time at the top, and then came down. got attacked by a dog... which wasn't fun... but i guess it kinda made me run faster up the hill. |

| Ran 800m intervals with some other people in the neighbourhood. Pretty fast, though i could feel my dinner complaining quite a bit after the 2nd interval but i never hurled which was a very very good thing!!! kept up pretty well and only lost a few meters to the lead guy on the last few loops. |

| Intervals on the treadmill!! woohoo!!! did 4min, then 3min of my expected 5min before the fire alarm went off... after that whole ordeal, had to warm up again and then did 4min, 5min, 6min, and then i think a 3 or 4min. Pushed it up to 10.5 on the pace or scale or whatever that thingymadooer was... though i think that that was only going at about 6min/mile. Lots of fun running though, since they had 4 different tv's to watch which was cool!!! after the treadmill running, hopped on to a weird elliptical thing that was really hard to get used to... lots of fun though!!!! :P |

| WOW!!!! what an adventure!!! ran home from carleton just because i've always wanted to run through a snowstorm... and this was actually a valid snowstorm!! i could hardly see more than 100m, and the wind was whipping the snow at me.. and it was sooo cool!!!! i felt like i was in antarctica or some place like that!! Going through the farm was alright, but once i got out to island park, i was afraid that somebody was gonna run me over. i started out just running through the snow where the sidewalk is supposed to be, but that was up to my waist, so ditched that idea. then i decided to run on the road, but whenever a car came, i just jumped into the snowbank and waited for them to pass. that worked out alright, a few funny looks from people passing, and one guy even honked at me for some reason. geepers... all i was doing was standing in a snowbank!!! :P |

| Before the relays, went back out into the trails and did the 5km loop and then the 4.3km loop backwards. Really icy on the downhills, but at least it was quite as cold. |
