| Went up to Gatineau to get some training in before the snow comes and it gets practically unusable because of the depth. Did the first few controls on the old map that we had and then once we got into the really technical section we just picked a cliff or a boulder to go to which was fun. I did one of those face plants where you slide along the ground for a meter or 2 narrowly missing a big rock, that was pretty painful, but other than that, not too many injuries. ;-) |

| This class went by sooo fast, it felt like it was only 15min. and it was endurance which usually goes really slow for me. We had to breath through our nose the whole time and now my nose feels really weird!!! :-) |

| Did a really long slow run along the river and then back, and then down again, and then back up again. Knees were feeling a little bit sore so I ran just off the path which saved them a lot!!! |

| We did some more circuits as usual except that it was a lot harder this time. We had stations with chin-ups, elevated push-ups, sit-ups, squats, skipping, jumpng over a box, and sitting against the wall. We did each of these stations 3 times 1min each!!! Really brutal!!! Oh ya, we started with 5 laps around the school and a stretching session... pretty good work out! |

| Did the usual river run except this time we ran on the other side of the parkway so that we weren't blinded by the headlights. The river was really high, it was even sometimes right on the path or a foot or two away!!! Crazy... |
