Thursday Feb 15

X-country skiing 1:15:00 [2]
Started at P10 and skiied all the way up the giant hill, ate dinner, and then skiied back down...woohoo

Monday Feb 12

X-country skiing warm up/down 20:00 [1]
Skiied my course minus the hill at the end.
X-country skiing race 10:03 [5]2.5 mi (4:01 / mi)
I was starting with the girl that had beat me by 16sec last race and about 500m into the race I passed her and then never saw her again. Really strong race this time even though a bunch of girls passed me about 1/2 way through. I managed to keep them in sight and I guess it helped a little bit. My finish was the sloppiest in the world, but I was going super hard. I was racing this junior boy except I was tripping over his skiies. I still beat him to the finish line though... hehe! I came 9th with the combined times and with the relay, 3 people a head of me qualified. Which made me techinically 6th which means a get to go to OFSAA!!! Yeah!!! North Bay here I come!!! :P
X-country skiing race (relay) 4:00 [5]1.0 mi (3:59 / mi)
Not sure of my exact time but I think it was close to that. My "for fun" relay team was pretty good and we were in first until I started going down the last hill. This guy fell right in the middle of the track and to go around I had to practically go off the edge and then I fell. Lost 2 places there which really bugs me but we still came 3rd. :)
skating 1:30:00 [3]
Skated all over the canal with the Scouts. While they were standing in lince at 5th Ave. I skated down to the next "station" and back, and then we skated to Patterson Creek and then all the way back to Dows Lake where we had started. Really cold with the wind going away from Dows Lake. Got a really good work out towing Ian and sometimes a few more people depending all the way back from the beaver tail stop.

Sunday Feb 11

X-country skiing 1:03:39 [2]
Skiied all the way to the bridge and back and I felt sooo much better than Friday. I don't know if it was the conditions or if I was just more rested, but I felt a lot stronger.
