Pretty good class and it didn't hurt my knee or ankle at all!!! Did 3 pretty tough hills and the last one was 13min long!!! The class went by soooo fast too.

My knee was sore near the end, but my ankle didn't hurt at all. Beautiful day so I couldn't resist running along the river and we're now into shorts and t-shirt weather. Still some snow patches left on the path but other than that it was amazing!!!

It was such a nice day that I just to go running and I'm glad cause it felt really good. Didn't push it too hard so that I don't re-injure my knee or ankle and there were only a few aches and pains while running.

I think that I'm going to go crazy from seeing all of the fair-weather runnings starting to run. They're all over the place now that we've finally got some warm weather!!! But I can't run!!!!!

An amazing ski and probably our last! For some reason, skiing does hurt my knee or ankle at all, so it was good to get out again since I've inactive pretty much all last week. The tracks were pretty sketchy in some spots but most of it was ok. Since my dad was skate skiing, he'd ski ahead, and then back to where I was...we did that all the way to the top of Pink Lake Hill where we took a break. I think it took us 40min to get to the top which is pretty good for classic. Although I hardly stopped at all and I just chugged along keeping my eyes on the track. Beautiful night out with lots of stars...but tomorrow I have to go back to school so no more lazing around... :P
