orienteering 1:10:00 [2]
Finally got back out into the woods to do some training!!! Didn't go too hard cause I didn't want to re-injure my knee or ankle, but I did end up giving them a few little shocks cause of all of the rocks. My only mistake was control 5 with all of those parallel hills that always get me!!! My legs were uber sore from all of those squats and lunges yesterday, but it wasn't too bad running, although the hills were a bit achey. ;-)

Thursday Apr 5

running (track) 1:00:00 [3]
Did a lot of running this time around. Did a warm-up, some stretching, then some baton passing exercises. Then the uber tough part came and we sprinted up and down this hill a bunch of times. It was in the snow too!!!! :O :P
Finished up with a cool down.
school sports (football) 1:00:00 [3]
Pretty intense football practise!!!! Did a lot of cardio (push-ups, crunches, squats, lunges, shuffles, laps...) Then we threw some footballs around and practised throwing and catching.

Tuesday Apr 3

running 32:27 [3]
My speed varied quite a bit since I was running alone and trying to do a speed run. So I'd start out fast, slow down, relize it and go faster...the whole run went like that...Had a giant fight with myself trying to decide whether to get up or not to go running. Decided that I wasn't that tired after waking up and falling asleep a few times and I guess I'm glad that I did get up. :P
Note
I really hope that I'll be able to make track tomorrow after school but I have to go to the eye doctor for the yearly check-up. And since my mum doesn't drive on the highway, it takes a friggin 45min to get there instead of 20!!!!

Monday Apr 2

running (run in the rain) 31:07 [2]
Nothing is gloomier than having to wake up early on a rainy Monday morning!!! I did anyways though and dragged myself out the door for a quick run. Near the end I got caught in a bit of a down pour so I got drenched there, but at the beginning it was ok. Hopefully my running shoes will be dry by tonight's track practise...
school sports (track) 1:00:00 [3]
Did a lot more running this time, one warm up lap, then 2 really hard and longer laps, and finally a cool down lap. In between all of those laps, we did stretching, and some really weird core work-outs...atleast it wasn't raining!!!
